A mutual aid support group tailored for LGBTQ+ individuals to come together in a friendly, non-judgmental space, make new connections and take part in a range of well-being focussed activities designed to build confidence and resilience for all participants. This group is an opportunity to share experiences with like-minded individuals who understand the unique challenges faced by the community and fosters a meaningful network of support and connection in recovery.
Every Thursday 6pm – 7:30pm.
Fourth floor meeting rooms, Liverpool Central Library.

Matthew BelfieldMatt (he/him) is a specialist in LGBTQ+ communications, public engagement and social change campaigns. His expertise spans behaviour change marketing, audience engagement, media relations, digital communications, storytelling and the development of campaigns that increase awareness, understanding and action on LGBTQ+ health and wellbeing issues. He works with community organisations, media outlets, public bodies and partners to amplify LGBTQ+ voices, challenge stigma and ensure complex issues are communicated in ways that are accessible, evidence-based and impactful.
